  • Brief session notes to support your therapy

Confidentiality will only be broken where there is a legal or ethical obligation, including:

  • Serious risk of harm to yourself.

  • Serious risk of harm to another person.

  • Concerns regarding the safety of a child or vulnerable adult.

  • Where disclosure is required by law or court order.

Where possible, I will always discuss this with you first.

How your information is stored

Your personal information is stored securely using password-protected systems and secure storage. Only I have access to your records. Client records are retained in line with professional guidelines before being securely destroyed.
